Mobifone continuously launches nationwide telecom network development programs involving thousands of stations. However, survey management, deployment, and progress monitoring were still manual and fragmented, making coordination and tracking difficult. TT.MLMB Mobifone partnered with MetaApp to build a modern, centralized, and multi-platform management system.
